The C4 neutering and chipping scheme is running in 2025; we have over 75 veterinary practices offering the scheme within the M25 area.

Info for cat owners:  

C4 is Greater London's citywide cat neutering scheme. It is funded by a number of England & Wales Registered Charities: 
RSPCA (219099) and a number of  its separately Registered Charity local branches; Cats Protection (203644), SNIP (299258).
The financial contractual entity for C4 is Cats Protection, Registered Charity 203644, Company Limited By Guarantee 06772997 in England and Wales.
