C4 is the jointly funded spay and neuter programme for cats in the London region.

​

Our scheme enables cat owners who live inside the M25 ring and receive qualifying benefits or low incomes the opportunity to have their cats neutered and microchipped for £10 via our network of partner vets in London.

We're funded by the generosity of donors to four animal welfare charities (please see below).

C4 is Greater London's citywide cat neutering scheme. It is funded by a number of England & Wales Registered Charities: 
RSPCA (219099) and a number of  its separately Registered Charity local branches; Cats Protection (203644), SNIP (299258).
The financial contractual entity for C4 is Cats Protection, Registered Charity 203644, Company Limited By Guarantee 06772997 in England and Wales.
